This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. You are close to our cute little town and close enough to see the cattle from our Cattle Ranch. Our rooms are comfortable with 1 full bathroom, 2 - 1/2 baths, with a separate shower in the laundry room, large kitchen, dining room, sitting room and family room with TV and Wi-Fi. We offer a large back patio and garage.
