Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home with everything we needed. Lots of sweet touches - handmade soaps, fabulous blankets for cuddling on the couch, convenient firewood, incredible midcentury modern furniture (the couch!!!!), Great Wall art throughout. This place has personality, and you can tell it’s cherished.

Far exceeded our expectations. If available in the future, we will definitely try and stay again. :) We went for a family trip and some of the things we loved about this place are: •Hot tub •Washer/Dryer •Cooking&Watching movies, with the family at the same time. (House arrangement) •able to charge our Tesla!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family. There were lots of blankets and towels available, and the outdoor area was both charming and perfect for our family dog. We’d definitely come back!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

We had another Airbnb booked for the weekend, but when we arrived, we discovered smoke damage and had to find a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, we found Beth’s listing—and what a lifesaver! She responded immediately, allowed us to check in early, and even provided a parking pass so we could head straight to the slopes without any added stress. The place was cozy, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking with Beth again in the near future!

My recent stay at this AirBnB in North Lake Tahoe exceeded all expectations. The listing photos didn't do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Though the space might appear small at first glance, it's thoughtfully designed to include everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The host was incredibly receptive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had lots of fun in this cozy space. The location is unbeatable - just a 3-4 minute walk from excellent restaurants and ski rental shops, which made our daily activities incredibly convenient. Would love to visit again! This place provided the perfect base for our Lake Tahoe adventure.

This place was much bigger than we needed but it allowed pets and that was our main criteria so we could have a long weekend as a family. That said, the place was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and no surprises. Everything was clean but more importantly, everything was comfortable....the upstairs bed had me asleep in minutes. With so many places to sleep, we talked about inviting extended family back some time to skiing at Palisades and staying here... it would be PERFECT! Neighbors are also so very friendly and awesome. Caterina was checking in to make sure we were okay and very responsive to me. Money well spent for a much needed get away to the mountains!

Loved our stay here! Extremely cozy and clean modern cabin with everything we needed. Location was great. We took many walks to hang at Kings Beach, grab some ice cream, check out the little shops, and grab a beer and pizza at White Caps (amazing pizza!). Was also a short drive to the fire look out for an amazing view of the whole area and access to other restaurants and beautiful spots in North Lake Tahoe. Wish we could have stayed longer!

You really can't beat this location. Any closer to the lake and you would be on a houseboat. The beach is beautiful, just steps from the front door. It is also just a few minutes from great restaurants and King's Beach. The cabin is cozy and true to the photos. I wish the interior/furniture/kitchen was updated, but the rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. It was awesome to have a sauna with a view of the lake too. The fireplace is nice and helps keep the place warm (tip use the fireplace fan) - we were lucky and it snowed while we were there. We had a question about the heater and someone quickly came over. Very nice and helpful. We will be back. 5/5 recommend!

This review is about our Host Cathy and her place. This who we interacted with for the most part, not necessarily Evolve. But Evolve did reply to our messages in a timely manner. We loved our stay and Cathy always responded when we had a question. The Cottage is tastefully done with lovely furnishings and decor. We loved the king sized memory foam bed, the nice cabinets, the wood stove and the heated bathroom floor. The grounds are beautiful and we would love to see everything in full bloom in the Spring. As a side note, the property has other spaces that are occupied by respectful tenants, so you will see them walking around occasionally. We said hello and everyone was friendly. We do highly reccomend this cottage to future guests who are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.
