Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.

The PlaVada Woodlands neighborhood in Soda Springs is 2.5-3 hours from the Bay Area and 15 minutes west of the historic town of Truckee, 5 miles from Sugar Bowl, and Donner Lake is 10 minute drive. The Yuba River is directly across the street and the cabin backs up to open space.
