Das neu sanierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit ca. 115 m2 befindet sich in der Gemeinde Mieders, einem beschaulichen Ort am Eingang des Stubaitals. Von hier sind es nur 15 Minuten bis in die Innsbrucker Innenstadt. In wenigen Minuten sind aber auch mehrere Skigebiete wie z.b. Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, sowie der Stubaier Gletscher erreichbar. Die Busstation ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Sellrainer Dachstubn

Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe.
