De villa heeft 6 slaapkamers, 6 badkamers, 2 keukens en een buitenkeuken met o.a. een BBQ. Wanneer je deze vakantievilla huurt, zijn er geen andere gasten. Het huis is een volledig gerenoveerde boerderij gelegen in het midden van de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Espuña en de oevers van de Rio Pliego. Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk, en zowel de omgeving als het zwembad zijn volledig afgesloten zodat kinderen in alle veiligheid in de tuin kunnen spelen. Om elk misverstand te vermijden vragen we 20€ extra per gast en per nacht als er meer dan 12 gasten zijn.
