We enjoyed our stay. Walkable to the beach and restaurants around Jax Beach.

We were in love with this home. It was the perfect size, clean, in walking distance to everything we wanted to do, the pool was fantastic and truly anything you needed was already there for you. We would 100% be back!! It really felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. My stay was excellent and peaceful. No complaints, neighborhood was very quiet. Everything I needed for my stay was provided with extras. Great Stay

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful home just as described. Very clean. Wonderful pool. Great communication with host. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

I had an amazing stay here! The home was cozy, clean, and decorated so cute. And the neighborhood around it is just as charming! Dawn was very helpful and friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in the area. I’d definitely stay here again! :)

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

I recently stayed at Staylah of Northeast Florida for 12 days and was thoroughly impressed. The home is located in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood with added security features that provided a strong sense of safety and comfort. Inside, the space was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The shower was exceptional—truly above and beyond any I’ve experienced at an Airbnb, offering a luxurious and refreshing start to each day. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers and the Mayo Clinic, which was a key benefit for my visit. Veterans will also appreciate its close proximity to NAS Mayport, making it a very practical option for those connected to the base. The rate was more than fair, especially considering the quality and care put into the property. I left feeling completely satisfied and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.
