There is 1 bedroomwith a double bed,a living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed if needed, a large kitchen and a large bathroom. Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

Απέχει 80μ από παραλία με υπέροχη θέα, Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα, μαρίνα, εστιατόρια, μινι μαρκετ, καφετερια,. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.
