Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönen Details in der Einrichtung. Besonders das Spa hat uns allen gut getan und wurde oft genutzt. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem gemütlichen Sofa, der Schaukel und der wunderbaren Aussicht waren ein absolutes Highlight und ließen die verregnete Zeit in Nelson wie im Fluge vergehen. Der Wäschetrockner war aufgrund des vielen Regens und unserer häufig nassen Kleidung unser bester Freund.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful home, and we were thoroughly impressed. The house is warm and charming, full of character, and the gardens are beautiful. One of the highlights was the direct access to the river walkway right from the front door, which made for lovely strolls and wonderful hikes. The location is unbeatable—close to local attractions, shopping, and dining—while still providing the feel of a tranquil retreat. The amenities were top-notch, and the hosts were attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. If you’re a fan of Art Deco design and looking for a place that combines style and convenience, this home is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

We had the absolute best time staying here, the property was stunning, above and beyond what we were expecting! The location could not be better and we loved swimming and snorkelling so close to the house. It was really well equiped and beautiful inside and outside, I loved being surrounded by fruit trees and farmland. Not to mention the balcony (and the bath on the balcony) is a perfect spot for watching the sunset

An absolutely beautiful home which we felt very comfortable in as soon as we walked in. Stunning art work on the walls, clean and comfy beds, a sweet private garden with ocean views, what more could you ask for! The home had plentiful space for the 4 of us, including a study area which my partner was able to work in quietly. If we ever came back to Nelson I would definitely hope to stay here again. Finally an Airbnb that feels like home! A beautiful home with a great collection of books on the shelves, and a wealth of yummy fresh produce growing in the garden. Gorgeous views from all the windows and the backyard. Sunny and warm in the afternoons, and on a clear night, stars to be seen in the sky from the bedroom window! I’m so glad I got to spend an entire week in this lovely home.

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

Beautiful period cottage in central Nelson. A fabulous place to stay - quiet but near restaurants and town centre. We loved our stay at Jason’s place. Highly recommended

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Wir fühlten und sofort heimisch in dieser sehr sauberen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Alles ist schnell erreichbar, zum Flughafen könnte man sogar laufen, wenn man nicht einen schweren Koffer hätte. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig. Der Pool war noch in Betrieb und wurde ausgiebig genutzt, da er auch gleich gegenüber der Wohnung liegt.

We had a great time staying here. The place is huge and very cozy! It’s a real hidden gem and definitely worth the money. It’s super clean the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and it’s very bright inside during the day which was nice. The living area was perfect to just relax in and have a movie night! Heather is very nice, gave us clear instructions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. We were a group of 9 and we all had plenty of space. The location is a short walk to a Four Square and the Māpua wharf where there are plenty of eateries to choose from and lovely artisan and gift stores. Jane was a great host who communicated well and provided local recommendations. Would happily stay here again.

This was our second visit to Atatu and we weren't disappointed. This is a truly beautiful place to stay. The house is fantastic with every facility you could possibly need. A place for total relaxation with pool, spa and space. Beautiful countryside and the sounds of nature on your doorstep. Panoramic views across rolling hills of olive and pine nut trees out to the ocean beyond. If you like to cook then you'll find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of dining space both inside and out. Basia is the ultimate host. Informative, helpful, proactive, doing everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return a third time next year.

It felt like home very quickly. Comfy beds. Beautiful period rural house in a large garden with mature trees. Easy to find a quiet spot under a tree to read a book. Plenty of parking. A good kitchen and laundry. Fresh plums and heaps more in a welcome hamper. The cats were adorable. They called by for some food and a pat a few times a day and then disappeared into the garden. Too many pluses to mention (and we stay in a lot of airbnbs). Negatives which are hardly worth mentioning would be road noise - not too bad and you don't notice it after day 1 - and the kitchen knives were not terribly sharp.

Very well equipped house for a family holiday, had everything we needed. Gorgeous location close to beach, national park and the shops we needed. All 7 of us had a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Hawkesbury Homestead!! Beautiful house, plenty of space, lovely grounds and surroundings! Lynda was an amazing host, very communicative and helpful with several local recommendations that were all fabulous.

Fantastic historical home in a quiet area, walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and shops. Clean and comfortable and full of character. Everything you need for a lovely stay plus some special touches that really made it feel like a home away from home. Cozy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy too. Perfect base for exploring Nelson!

Our stay at Diane’s place was fantastic. The home is beautiful, very cute and had everything we needed. Diane is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.
