We brought this unit because we love the location and our favourite complex!

There is no BBQ on balcony, but there are 3 BBQ's in the resort. A 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, IGA, Bottle-o and local bus stop to access beaches & bays, or hire an island car to explore this beautiful unspoilt island paradise. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

The Footbridge Garden Studio

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

Lush tropical environment, shady trees, Magnesium pool. Close to bush-walking tracks, bus stops, 3-5 minutes walk to beach and shops. 8 minutes walk to ferry terminal. So close to all amenities but surrounded by trees, birds, wallabies, koalas. With the creek across the road you feel like you're in a tropical rainforest.

Our Granny Flat is a tranquil oasis, set high up in the palm trees overlooking our swimming pool. Lorikeets whizz by, butterflies cruise by and you'll hear the occasional train toot. We're located in a lovely suburb walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive into the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower.

Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Off street parking is available.
