I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming and well-appointed two-bedroom condo unit, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Nestled in a peaceful and convenient location, the unit strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style. The two bedrooms are generously sized, with ample closet space and large window that let in plenty of natural light. The neutral color scheme creates a soothing atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after a long day. The master bedroom, in particular, boasts a plush bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers flexibility, serving well as a guest room or office space, depending on your needs. The living area is both cozy and functional, with a modern, open layout that encourages easy flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and tasteful décor, making it a great space for unwinding or entertaining guests.

I had a great time!! The place is perfect. Very peaceful, love the sauna, pool and the community. Near IT park, but the place is so quiet and peaceful. They even provided a Christmas welcome basket. Trixia and Gary are very accommodating too. Will definitely comeback here. Well deserved stars!!

Eyrol and Ritchelle are great hosts - very responsive and very accommodating! The place is clean, instructions on the self check in and check out are clear and the place is easy to find via google maps. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they are also knowledgeable about the area around. Parking can be arranged as well if you need it. Pool is clean and you can also do some workouts in the gym. The whole place is cozy and quiet. I was able to sleep really well and I had no problems driving from the place, all the way to the airport for my flight. I'll definitely book again, next time! 🙂

Loida is an amazing host—super experienced, proactive, and genuinely cares about making your stay smooth and hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and well thought out. Her Airbnb is not just sparkling clean but also really cozy and functional, so we had zero issues during our stay. The space is beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to relax and get a good night’s sleep. If I had to nitpick, the water pressure in the toilet was a bit strong, but honestly, that’s such a tiny thing compared to how great everything else was. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

Petit studio bien aménagé et propre dans un beau et récent condo près de IT park. L'accès est un peu difficile mais une fois arrivé tout est impeccable. Bonne wifi, bonne climatisation, bien équipé, check in rapide et facile. Bonne communication avec Seth. Je recommande à 100% sans hésitation.

Super chic place! Would definitely stay here again

Repeat Customer but first booking with 88th thru Airbnb. Location and amenities are great including mini market and restaurants right outside the building. A bonus, Abaca Cafe and more restaurants as well as other conveniences are in the next complex over no crossing the street needed. This serviced hotel/airbnb stands out especially if you compare to another airbnb such as 38th Ave luxury condo complex. The free indoor basement parking just steps from the elevator access make all the difference.
