Wanda and Mike went above and beyond to make my time with them special, and they have to be the kindest, most welcoming hosts out there! It was great to share conversations and laughs with them over dinner and breakfast (both wonderfully prepared by Wanda), and it was so fun to have the chance to feed their cows out in the field. I stopped in Nebraska as part of a longer road trip, but getting to meet them would have made the trip worth it alone. The bedroom and bathroom were also spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Wanda gave great, detailed directions to make arrival, check-in, and parking super easy. Would definitely recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Cheri’s place and will look to stay at her place again next time we’re in town. Everything was exactly as advertised and she was very easy to communicate with.

I stayed overnight at Julie's place during a hunting trip. Her home is very nice and comfortable. The best part of the stay was Julie herself. She is a doll.

This place was wonderful and we didn’t even get to see it during the daylight! House is as described and pictured and was perfect for the four of us (two people and two dogs). Felt like we were at home as soon as we stepped foot inside! So nice to get away from staying in the city while we visited Nebraska, and let our dogs be dogs! Will be back again!

We didn't have much time to spend at the lodge. I wish we had more time. It was a neat place to stay. It would be perfect for hunters. The kitchen had a big stove/oven and a large sink. Definitely a hunting lodge setting with deer and pheasant mounts and different animals skins. Checking in and out was easy. Unfortunately we did not get to meet the host but she answered all texts promptly. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

We loved stayed at this charming B&B and couldn't have asked for a more delightful overnight getaway to celebrate my birthday and out 16th anniversary! Jim and Kay greeted us as soon as we got there and made us feel at home from the start. The private, cozy space and the charming decor provided the perfect escape from everyday life, offering peace and comfort in equal measure. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a wonderful way to start the day. Despite being just 30 minutes away from home, it felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and recharge over the weekend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! This amazing property was like stepping into a cozy cottage in a Hallmark Christmas movie! William was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make this a wonderful visit. I would HIGHLY advise others to choose this property for their stay as it has everything needed for an amazing experience overall! Travel to and from the property was easy and provided a nice level of privacy and comfort that no other properties in the area could provided. The cherry on top was the high accessibility of this property. My father is wheelchair bound and he was able to visit us here with no challenges! This cannot be said of any other property we searched while trying to find the perfect stay in the Omaha area. The only limit on this was a step to get into the first floor shower. Otherwise, doors and spaces were great for him! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Have stayed here a few times now. It's always a very clean, quite, cozy place to stay. Plenty of little gas stations not far away, and just a quick trip to the lake.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. Perfect for our trip as we visited the lake everyday during our trip. Plenty of room and amenities. Even a mini burner for us to make s'mores with. This place has literally everything you would need during your trip. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for a price comparable to the same number of hotel rooms. Nice private feeling in the country but only 1/4 mile off of paved roads. Perfect for a sandhills crane experience and less than 15 minutes from the crane trust as well as 2 public viewing sites. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

This was a wonderful home! A little ways away from the city, which was super nice. But still a quick drive to everything in Lincoln. Very spacious home. Awesome hot tub! Even had some bottled water, coffee and teas available to us. Awesome large TV and super cool automatic fireplace. Will definitely come back again. Also lots of space for lots of people. It was just us two, and was awesome for that as well

The parsonage was a great weekend get away for us. Byron was kind enough to accommodate a late booking and made sure everything was perfect for us by the time we got there. He was very responsive to messages and made sure we understood what we were booking. We loved the peace and quiet. The kind when you notice when a vehicle goes by. Loved the history available to read and the decorations. Lucky the cat added to the charm.

Bonnie was very accommodating during our stay. Friendly and helpful. Took the kids horseback riding and was always friendly and responsive.

Love it!! Booked later in the evening as I needed a place close to Schuyler and Columbus Nebraska to spend time with my boyfriend. It was pouring rain and she met me with a smile because I could not figure out the door and it’s not the door it was me. Everything was amazing. So many small details definitely not overlooked by Rose. Quiet, comfortable, and cozy rainy night. Don’t forget she has farm fresh eggs in the fridge (she puts the dates the eggs were laid 🥹). I highly recommend it if you need a place that has casino down the road with great food, outdoors, and peace and quiet. This is the place. Thank you so much, Rose 🌹

Our family felt right at home at Kurt’s place. It felt private and was very clean. The home was nicer than the pictures make it appear. Kurt was very accommodating. We enjoyed watching the bunnies and wild turkeys each morning as we sipped coffee. If we are back in the area again, we would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Cindy's place for 2.5 months. We had the best time and amazing views. We felt right at home. Anytime we needed something, Cindy was always responsive. She went above and beyond for us. Will definitely stay again one day and have told others about her place 💕

I had my crew stay here for the week, what a wonderful place to stay. Very peaceful and Tyler is very responsive and always willing to help. The house is wonderful, neat and clean. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kearney.

The Sandhills in the winter was breathtaking, the frost on the trees and a fresh blanket of snow made everything shimmer against the sun! It’s an active cattle ranch, so seeing some of their day to day activities was a real treat! We used side by sides to explore the many miles of ranch they have, it was crazy how much the landscape would change from steep hills and dishes to large flat meadows. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely be back! My long term stay in Henderson, NE was made a dream come true while staying at Road 6 Farmhouse! Barb is an incredible host - always responsive and more than happy to help with any concerns that arose during my stay. The house is absolutely beautiful! Extremely comfortable and I felt as though I had everything I needed to make my stay the most enjoyable experience.

I was wanting a quiet respite from my very busy life and this place ticked all the boxes. as I traveled from Wisconsin to Colorado. I especially loved the jetted, oversized tub, which I used twice while I was there. The kitchen was very well stocked, and it was wonderful to have so many choices to watch on TV. The bed linens were lovely, and I slept very comfortably. Thank you to Kathryn for such a warm welcome when I arrive late, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful stay. I will definitely stay here again. on my way out to Colorado, as I travel this way at least once a year. Highly recommend this place. 👍
