Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch, einen Esstisch sowie eine geräumige Küche. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken und einer Dusche. Die Toilette ist separat. Weiters gibt es eine schöne private Terrasse mit Garten und Liegestühlen. Parkplatz, Skiraum mit Skischuhtrockner kostenfrei an der Unterkunft.

Dafür umso mehr auf Gemütlichkeit, Wohlfühlen und Sauberkeit. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen ist unser Motto.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
