Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Unsere ruhig gelegene Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung mit 40 m2 liegt an der Rückseite unseres Hauses mit kleinem Garten und Sitzgelegenheit für unsere Gäste . Ausgestattung: Küche mit Essecke , 1 Schlafzimmer ( 3 Betten), Bad/WC (Badewanne), SAT-TV. , 1 Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus. Geschirrtücher , Handtücher , Bettwäsche und WC-Papier werden 1 x gestellt . Haustiere nicht erlaubt ! In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.
