Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The two big stable doors allow lots of natural light into the rooms, and open onto a private, fenced patio. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.

Chocolate Box Country Cottage on Village Green

This cottage is set on the edge of Newnham Green and is one of the oldest cottages, dating back to the early 1500s. It is chocolate box cute, with roses around the door and filled with antiques and vintage furniture and homewares. The village pub is a short walk across the green and Tylney Hall is 10 minutes walk away and there are lots of walks to local pubs. We have a football goal and a table tennis table outside and a pool table and darts board as well as a log burning stove.
