Paula it was great hosting me and hope to return again soon - this is another one cleanest places - quiet - very big room - bed very comfortable - kitchen supplied with everything to cook a meal and most of all - no DRAMA - wish i could stay long term - but no worries - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

My stay at Laticia's place was everything and more. They could not have been more helpful. It is clean, beautiful and the bed is very comfy. Plus all the little extras for breakfast in the morning were a welcome surprise. I would for sure go back there when next in the area. big thank you to Laticia and her lovely auntie.

The place is same as described on Airbnb and the host is very respectful, helpful and always available whenever you need help from him. I definitely recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely book same place if available for my next trip.

Don't think that Antonia's house is not convenient for transportation. I took an Uber taxi daily between Baldwin MTA LIRR Station and her house. The ride took 4-5 minutes and cost an average of $10.44. Ordering a ride took about 3-5 minutes, and I never waited more than 10 minutes. Traveling from Baldwin to Manhattan's Grand Central Station or Penn Station takes about 40 minutes. You can always get a seat. I saw many people catch up on some sleep. I like Penn Station because it has a relatively inexpensive shop. I eat breakfast and dinner there. I enjoyed a beautiful New York residential area. The house was beautifully decorated, and I could feel the history of the owner's family in each piece. The warm interaction with the owner and her dog was like a homestay. It was also helpful that I could use clean bath towels every day and drink the water from the water filter. Laundry was also helpful. I enjoyed the New Yorker feeling. I had a truly wonderful stay at Flora and Aurgho’s beautiful home. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome. Not only was the house lovely and comfortable, but Flora and Aurgho’s hospitality made the experience even more special. Their warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness created a stay that felt less like visiting strangers and more like spending time with old friends. I am so grateful for the time I spent at their home and would absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommend!

Uri and Tina were absolute excellent hosts. Their home was in the perfect location: close to town, the train station and a 5 min walk to the beach. Their home was very cozy and welcoming and the room was very private and perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay with them and getting to know them- they are very kind and I would 10/10 stay here again!

I really want to take the time to explain just how great this place was. The place is spacious and the photos are 100% spot on. It was immacculately clean and the best AirBnB experience we have had. Beds were comfortable. We have trevalled from Australia as a family with three teenage boys. We really used every facility. The shuttle to the station for daily trips to Manhattan. The boys used the gym daily as well as the sauna, basketball court, golf simulator etc. Incredible views of NYC from the rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations and directions. The building tenants were friendly and made the Aussies feel very welcome. We did home cooked meals many nights as well as great local restaurants. The kitchen has all you need to feed a family. Zo and Paige were responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out late on the last of our 9 days. It felt like leaving home. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was excellent.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Subway entry is only 2 block away.

Listing, description, photos all very accurate. Accommodating and friendly, in a safe neighborhood. Our trip was centered around the Maritime Aquarium which was an easy drive. We ended up having to leave the night before check out, but Rosas communication is excellent and it was easy to let them know. We also brought our dog and were able to walk her around the neighborhood and yard.

This was our second stay and it will be our go-to place when we return to NY for extended visits. We travel with our dogs, and it’s such a dog friendly place and neighborhood. We love having the trail behind the house, being able to walk to the town and train, seeing the Hudson River. Nicole and Mike are great and responsive hosts. Parking is definitely a challenge, but we can usually find a spot near the trail or a street nearby

Lisa’s place was the perfect location for a quick beach weekend. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to sit in the front porch in the evening.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

a wonderful cabin with a great ambience and very welcoming hosts. the fire, record player, breakfasts, birds in the morning, and more all make for a perfect stay.

Lisa's place was great!! We are down the shore alot and its great to find a place that feels just like home. We ate breakfast with other guests and had a great night on the porch laughing and enjoying the warm weather. The outdoor shower was great, the room had AC and we had the privacy we needed.

Great BnB experience! The room is on the 3rd floor in the back of the house, very private and quiet. The bathtub was relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming. Restaurants close by and easy to walk to the beach. Would definitely return!

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

This place was perfect. It’s super neat and cozy, the host was super helpful accommodating and made sure I felt right at home. It’s not too noisy and most of the guests there are solo travelers. The experience that this place provides is unique and super thrilling! You really feel like a traveler while you’re here! Moreover, it’s at the center of attraction. You can get to Madison Square Garden/ Penn station, The edge, Vessel and NY Times Square just by walking! 10/10 would come back to this place - more for the people than the location.
