A modern tiny house with your own fenced in yard and patio to enjoy the outdoors of Florida with your friends and family (furry ones too)! With your own private entrance (self check-in), full kitchen and bath, and high speed internet and TV, we did our best to ensure your stay is fantastic. Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

-Private Entrance -Large Private Bathroom with soaking tub -Private Kitchenette -FREE bicycle rental!! -Centrally Located between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. 5 minute bike ride to the beach! -Private Yoga Classes on Request for a fee. -Upon guest request, we have added a Chromecast in addition to the antenna tv the room, but we hope that our guests will spend most of their time at the beach or enjoying our local resturants. -Washer/Dryer not in unit, but on site. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

St. Mary's, Georgia is a picturesque coastal village at the southern most point of the state. The cottage is walking and biking distance to shops, dining and access to the Cumberland Island ferry. The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
