The home is beautifully situated on the St.Mary's River marshlands. We saw many birds and one alligator; hoped to see manatees but not this time. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. The bathrooms are also spacious and the showers are great. There was many amenities...shampoo, conditioner, soaps...and the towels were so fresh and clean. I would suggest a couple more comfy sitting chairs in the T.V. den area. This was one of the best places I, and my 6 sisters, have stayed. Will certainly consider returning in the future.

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. Easy to find. Nice and secluded. Host was very responsive. Right by the water. Right by the interstate so easy to get places ( far enough from the interstate that it isn’t noisy )

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

If you're looking to stay in Jacksonville -- whether long or short term -- this is the place. I've used Airbnb quite a bit over the past year and this is by far one of the best stays that I have had. The location is excellent, right near a plethora of restaurants and stores. Marisa is an excellent host -- attentive and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this listing!

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

This host was very responsive very helpful and kind. The location was down from many shops including Walmart and other shopping opportunities. The apartment was spacious, clean and very cozy. I would definitely stay again

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.
