Our stay at Solace was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful—well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything felt just right. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing great recommendations and clear instructions that made our stay even better. The area itself is lovely, a growing neighborhood surrounded by scenic walking paths, and the best part—it’s just 25 minutes from the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay in Yulee! The unit was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The host was incredibly communicative and even allowed us to adjust our stay seamlessly due to an unforeseen circumstance on our end. It was hands down the most pleasant booking and host experience I’ve had with Airbnb. Check-in was simple and easy. The host provided very detailed instructions and recommendations. The unit does require the use of stairs (though very easy!) and the elevator was temporarily down during part of our stay, but the host was well accommodating and even offered to assist with our luggage — so kind!! The unit is in a safe location in a new neighborhood. Although it is an apartment complex, it was surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is even secluded and private - a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book with Solace Escapes again!

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb over the Christmas weekend, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was fantastic—very responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space felt warm and homey, perfect for the holiday season. It was well-maintained, clean, and cozy, offering the perfect mix of comfort and charm. We had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting place to stay. Five stars all the way!

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful experience. Stayed 10 days with no complaints. Quiet complex with a nice pool and expanded fitness center. Unit was very clean and in like new condition. Will need transportation to retail/food- 10 minutes to all that would be desired. Only exchanged a couple of messages with Ken regarding entry and exit instructions over the stay. No need for further communication as the unit was ready upon arrival, clean and well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Restaurants are within walking distance along w/several bars within a 1/2 of a block from the house. Julie was very responsive to us when we realized there was no coffee maker so she had a new one delivered along w/coffee supplies within a couple of hours! The king size bed has a very firm mattress on it, not sure about the 2nd bdrm as we didn’t use it. The large TV in the LR is very nice & easy to login to your streaming apps. The LR furniture is very low to the ground but comfortable to stretch out & watch TV. The kitchen is large & the laundry room in the back came in handy! We liked having a gate around the property & a code to pull in the driveway & park the car by the house. There’s security cameras all around the exterior of the home & on the front porch for an extra feeling of safety. Thank you Julie for sharing your home with us.

Lovely home and amazing neighborhood. Walkable to many parks, shops, restaurants, and the St John’s River. Great amenities, including a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend, and we will rent here again when in the area.

Look no further for a lovely BnB in Jax! Spacious, clean, lots of natural light, great kitchen, comfy beds, FANTASTIC outdoor space. As a single female traveler I felt very safe here and in the surrounding area. The home is walkable to many restaurants, coffee, and a great bakery. Ashley and Shane’s place also has what is more commonly lacking in today’s Airbnb community: real, down to earth, good people as hosts. Thank you for the great stay, and I hope to be back!

Our stay at Kent's place was wonderful and everything as described. The airbb is nicely decorated and has everything you need to enhance your visit. The beds are comfy and has plenty of pillows to choose from. There are also two coffee makers and a countertop ice maker to use.

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside rental! The check-in process was smooth, and finding the place was easy. The owners clearly put in a lot of care to modernize and maintain the unit. The WIFI was flawless!.Whether we were streaming, working remotely, or planning our next day’s activities, the internet never skipped a beat. This was a huge plus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected during the trip We stayed in a bottom unit, and while we occasionally heard footsteps from above, it was never disruptive. Parking was mostly easy. The best part? You’re just steps away from the beach! It was amazing to wake up, step outside, and be right on the sand.

Brigid’s place was outstanding. The community was peaceful and quiet and a great location-down the street from Harris Teeter and a short drive into Fernandina. The ocean view from the condo was spectacular, particularly sunrise. Everything in the condo was clean and well kept and the amenities were great. Brigid was quick to respond when we had questions! We would definitely come back and stay again

We've stayed with Nomad twice and what I like most is that they provide plenty of necessities (toilet paper, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels.) It's the little things that make a big difference.

Well equipped and lovely Airbnb right by the beach. Highly recommended.
