Amanda was responsive and communicated throughout our stay. Our plane landed early and she was able to let us check in early. The location is perfect to Broadway and Printers Alley. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ron and Susan‘s place was perfect for our group of four! It was exactly as listed. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location close to downtown it was easy to get into the Airbnb when we arrive and all the instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again!

If Emily's place is available, don't look elsewhere, book right away! 10 stars! Our stay was amazing! It is adorable and so homey. The bedrooms were so quaint and the beds were very comfortable! The loft area was so cute and we wanted to stay up there but since there were just 3 of us, we decided to stay in the downstair bedrooms but if you have children or a larger party, the loft is just so cute! Emily really put so much thought into everything down to the plugs for your charging. We had so many outlets for charging our phones, etc. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, switches were labeled, etc. which was so helpful! She has a great kitchen with a great frig so you can bring in all your own drinks, and snacks. She even has a great washer and dryer! Emily was an amazing host! I am from California and we were visiting during tornado season. We got a tornado warning, I called Emily at night and she answered right away and was so reassuring and answered all ?s

Marc is an excellent host. Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for our whole family, and we truly appreciated how well equipped the home was – Marc had everything we needed and more! High marks for this great space and host.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I had a terrific time staying at Matt's lovely home in East Nashville. The home is in excellent condition—open floor plan (living room, dining room, kitchen) with a hallway leading to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. What a great layout! I was able to sleep in while my sister and her husband woke up early, made coffee, watched a little TV, and relaxed. Everything in and around the home was neat and clean; the beds and furniture were comfortable; the neighborhood quiet and safe. Matt gave clear instructions about check in/check out and even asked his cleaning people to use unscented laundry soap when I mentioned I'm sensitive to fragrances (whew!). The house is centrally located and within 10 - 15 minutes of a wide assortment of excellent restaurants, boutiques, cafes, etc. Our dinner at Audrey was exceptional: highly recommend! And if you find yourself around 12 South, check out Fonda, so good! You seriously cannot go wrong staying at Matt's home.

Clean and cozy Victorian in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful weekend at Adrienne's place. It is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our party of 4 to spread out and relax. We walked to a fabulous wine shop, coffee, and dining. It is a quick Lyft ride to Broadway and all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful with nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone. ❤️

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

Place was nice ! However I did not like that there was no curtains on huge window facing traffic and sidewalks. Other than that, place was tidy and host was quick to respond :) I enjoyed my stay in Nashville ❤️

James is an incredible host with a beautiful space! Would recommend his property to anyone looking for accommodations during their stay in Nashville. The property is clean and quiet, decorations make you feel right at home, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. We had everything we needed during our stay. There was some tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling fan from the people before us but overall it was clean and a great place to stay!

Excellent location within walking distance to all the downtown fun. Cozy little spot and in a gated area. Felt safe and slept well.
