It is a short walk or taxi ride to both stations, with fast access to London, Watford or Brighton & the south coast. Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

This terraced house is full of character. It is a 5 minute walk to St Albans City station. The city centre is a 10 minute walk. You can reach London St Pancras in 20 minutes. The house has a lounge and a dining room. There are two bedrooms and a basement. The kitchen is fully equipped. Relax in the sun room or the garden room.
