Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.
