This cute little home is situated just 1 km from the Hawkes Bay Airport and just 7 mins drive to the Napier CBD, Cafes and Bars very close by, all surrounded by the Inner Harbour. Great cycle ways just 100m away and lovely peaceful walkways around the Pandora Pond close by too. Whilst not your flashiest Air BNB you will stay in, this is a very comfortable home, recently painted internally with a great BBQ area and wood fired pizza oven.

Centred between Anderson Park, Park Island Sports Ground, Tamatea & Greenmeadows Shopping Centre, you are only a 5-10 minute walk or 1-2 minute drive to these facilities.

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.
