"The perfect" Air B & B. I have stayed at many - and this is as close to perfect as it gets. The outside is truly a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, the garage arcade room is over the top fun, and the interior furnishings are high quality / on point - with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well and thoughtfully stocked. I could go on and on (and I'm picky!) You can tell when a host puts heart and soul into designing and maintaining a great home- and this is one of them! Amazingly - despite being so peaceful - you are only 5 minutes away from downtown Sebastopol!

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

Johnathan’s place was great. Well Appointed kitchen. The master is really nice and a very big master bath too. The other bathroom for our guests was fine just no where near as nice as the master bath. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Toyin's home was upgraded, clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear. Communication with her was easy with quick response time. The only issue we had was a couple of the pictures from the listing were not quite accurate. The listing showed 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with 2 individual beds. The home actually has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. There was a day-bed in the living room area which my 6-foot son ended up using. It worked out ok for our short stay, but it would have been helpful to know the bed configuration info in advance. Also the back yard needs a bit of cleaning and maintenance - not quite as represented in the pictures. One of the wooden fence panels is broken/ missing and a couple of the fabric chair cushions are torn. There is a metal table with seats which we hosed down and used. Aside from that the home is bright and clean inside and well equipped with all the necessities.

Our family visits Discovery Bay almost twice a year, and this is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained homes we have stayed in, especially for young kids. Thank you Jessica for providing your house for us to enjoy a very memorable weekend!

Jim and Jen’s place was great! The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable to grab coffee or a meal. Jim was very kind and let us check out late. I recommend staying in their home when you are in Sacramento!

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but a short drive to downtown. It opens onto a large field which was nice to enjoy the beautiful weather and the hosts included many toys that our young children enjoyed. There's lots of space and a wonderful kitchen.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything is working as your are expecting. I will recommended to my Family & Friends.

We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Sac. Very convenient to many areas of the city. Very clean and well equipped.

The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

This is our friend group (2 couples)' 5th time staying at Samantha's place over the course of the last 7 years, and there's a reason we keep returning! Spotless house, beautifully laid out with 2 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, walkable to everything on the Square, well-equipped kitchen, strong wifi, and the most comfortable beds and bedding. And Samantha is the kindest and most responsive host. We have only loved this property even more as the years go by and see it as one of the absolute highlights of our repeated yearly stays in Sonoma. Would continue to recommend with zero hesitation!

As everyone else has said, then place is very clean, exactly as described, Sheilah is very responsive and the location is very safe. If the location in Alameda works for you, this place will fit the bill. Highly recommended.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s place. The little touches like coffee and breakfast treats were so thoughtful and appreciated. Everything was super clean and in great shape!

Dave’s place at the Silverado Resort was the perfect getaway for our Anniversary. Dave communicated before arrival with detailed instructions about location and keyless entry. It was in a peaceful location, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed with luxury linens. The robes were a very nice touch! We hope to stay on our next trip to Napa.

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

This Airbnb was perfect!! We will be back!! Erin is wonderful host and her home is sooooo clean, comfortable, and was perfect romantic weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at Gillian’s place. We have two kids, so it was really nice to have a room with two separate beds. The area was beautiful, walkable to restaurants nearby and about a 10-15minute walk into downtown Mill Valley where there are more restaurants and cute shops. If you like hiking this is a great spot. Very close to Muir Woods and many other amazing trails!

Peaceful location with beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. I appreciate Kristina’s quick responses and flexibility on check-in time.

We had a lovely stay at Andrew’s Air BnB. Location was fantastic! One block from restaurants, bars and cafes. Didn’t need our car rental so we returned it early. Uber/Lifts were a good option when the walking was too far. One was always a few minutes away. The rental is ground level which for us was great. Safety measures were spot on. Thank you Andrew!!

The place is great and the location is perfect. It was nice being on a resort and having access to the amenities there. Not too far from the town of Napa and close to lots of wineries

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy bungalow! The location within a world-class country club was unbeatable. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, it was well-equipped for our needs, allowing us to easily prepare breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing tub. We were particularly impressed by the host's quick response to our inquiry, even at an off-hour. It made the booking process seamless. The availability of numerous Level 2 EV chargers and ample parking was a major plus. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
