I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

If you’re visiting Nantucket staying at Connor’s is a must do. Very charming and super close to the beach. Quite neighborhood which is a great escape from how busy downtown can be. Nothing beats listening to the waves as you fall asleep instead of a sound machine.

LOVE Billy’s house!! So cute and comfy! We didn’t sleep in the twin beds, but the master bedroom was very comfortable! The doggies loved the bed too!! The patio was great, we used the grill and fireplace! Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs! The neighborhood was very quiet. Billy always responded quickly with any questions. Great restaurants a short drive away and plenty of parking (it’s still off season for the Cape). Billy left a bottle of wine for us from a local winery (Cape Cod Winery). It was good and we went to the winery. Good wine, great outdoor seating (and has covered areas if it’s raining). It’s also dog friendly and they serve food, which was tasty! We went to see Nobska Lighthouse (inside was closed), which was about a 13 minute drive. The views were fabulous! We also went to a small aquarium (only open during the week) in Woods Hole - another short drive. The aquarium was free, but keep in mind, it is small, but nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property with its own private beach! The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores / local markets. We had our dog with us and she loved going for walks and playing on the private beach. It’s also a short drive to South Cape Beach, which is gorgeous — amazing sunsets and trails to explore. We love Cape Cod and this winter trip did not disappoint!

Holly’s place was pleasant and peaceful and exactly as described. Less than 2 minute walk to lovely beach and ocean views from the house. Was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be renting there again!

This place was perfect for our stay. I messaged them and Heidi responded promptly. I also asked for recommendations for a restaurant that could accommodate a party of 15. She suggested OffShore Ale. It was perfect. The house is a located in a perfect spot so you can drive 5 to 10 minutes to most places. There's a beach that's a 15 minute walk which was perfect for our dogs and on plus side we collected a bunch of shells.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Had a great time. Enjoyed cooking out on the grounds….would like to visit again.

Stewart made us feel right at home when we arrived, and so did his French Bulldog, Ollie. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. He had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in Nantucket!

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place. The kids had a blast walking the side path and chasing all the little crabs. Spent everyday at the ocean and enjoyed being able to use the outside shower. The view was amazing while eating outside on the porch but the bugs ate us alive on the first night. We will be back to Lisa’s at some point.

We had a fantastic experience! Adam was super responsive, helpful, and friendly This is a beautiful, comfortable home with everything you could possibly need for the whole family to be together and have fun. There are nice games, puzzles, and books. The beds are all very comfortable (the first floor bedroom mattress is on the firmer side) and is so quiet and restful. We ate in almost the whole time and if you think the kitchen is lacking something you didn’t open all the cabinets/drawers! Only a few minutes from downtown Vineyard Haven and easy to access whole island from Aquinnah to Chappaquiddick. Fall is a favorite time for us to visit with no crowds and lovely weather. We so appreciated being able to bring our dog, Echo. Highly recommend!

Really nice guest house on a beautiful piece of property with great views of the bay and Jaws bridge. The morning sunrises over the bay were especially notable. Also really easy access to edgartown on the bus route (which was our favorite part of MV) if you don’t bring a car. Great hosts as well, John was very responsive and was willing to let us drop our stuff off early when we thought we’d be there prior to check in. Definitely recommend this property if you’re going to MV and want some privacy away from the busier options in town.

Really nice setup! Great location near Falmouth main stuff. Was great for our group. In the hottest summer months, fans and windows open in evening are recommended with no A/C. Thanks Evan! Nice place. Private beach down the street was clutch.

Very cute and cozy cottage. Decorated in a true Nantucket nautical theme. The home had everything that we needed to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to walk to town very easily and to Children’s Beach and Brant Point also. Hope to rent again someday!

Victor's cottage was wonderful. The location on Jenkins Pond was perfect. The dock and all of the water sports toys made the week truly enjoyable. We recommend their place to other vacationers.

Thank you to Eloise and her family for a lovely stay in their charming, comfortable home. Our family enjoyed getting away together to MV and had a joyful, memorable time in this house and its beautiful surroundings. Eloise is so nice and accomodating! We look forward to our next stay! 😀

Photos and descriptions don’t begin to explain how many fun amenities you will find at this lakefront home! My only wish is that we had more than a weekend to spend here to enjoy and explore more. My daughter absolutely loves volleyball which is why we picked this rental. The girls had so much fun playing on the backyard court all weekend. The zip line, rock wall, easy access to the water and readily available canoe and kayaks made it even more amazing! There are so many different areas to enjoy and relax from hammocks, to swings, to the porch, and incredible fire pit area, so many fun memories to be made here. Not sure you will find another rental to provide an experience like this!
