Union Street Inn was fabulous. The staff was so friendly and called you by name from the moment we arrived. The communication between us and the Kevin was great. Kevin went above and beyond and booked all of our dinner reservations. A great breakfast was included daily with our stay. The Inn is centrally located, a very short walk to town and the ferry. I would highly recommend staying here.

A wonderfully charming and welcoming place to stay with amazing hosts who are very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable about places to go and things to do around Nantucket. The room was beautiful and and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Hotel Pippa did not disappoint. Excellent location walkable to everything. Heather was a fantastic representative of the hotel. Daily upkeep was personalized and prompt. Really enjoyed the comfortable feel and everything was very high quality from linens to bed to breakfast. Recommendations for dining and hikes were spot on and very helpful. Enjoyed a lot that the island has to offer and enjoyed a good amount of it. This was my wife's first visit to ACK and will not be our last. Thank you to them Hosts and staff at hotel Pippa for making our visit fantastic.

Heather is the best! She checked us in and provided breakfast and was such a lovely woman! The hotel was clean and in the perfect location. Four minutes from the ferry and near everything! The rooms are small, robes and slippers and provided, with fresh water and glasses but no refrigerator. I absolutely loved it! The tv and shower took a second to figure out, but it was user error and hilarious!
