The Garden Suite - Union Street Inn

The Garden Suite is 750 square feet. Enjoy complimentary Room Service breakfast in your suite, on your private patio, or join guests in the inn's dining room or patio and Ladies' Garden surrounded by trees, hydrangeas, and box woods. We are happy to give you the next day's menu if you would like to order Room Service or we are happy to slide it under your door each morning. Daily housekeeping included. 2 guests ($100 for additional 3rd guest-must be a child). Maximum occupancy 2 adults & 1 child age 10-18. Charge of $100 per night for additional child on convertible sofa. MUST call us directly for an additional child at 508 228-9222. Booking online accommodates 2 adults only. Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Private queen bedroom including television with SHARED bath (if other room is rented) This is a OUT OF TOWN LOCATION in the area of Quidnet. Closest restaurant/store is 2-5 miles.(Wauwinet and Sconset) Great location for peacefulness and beach time. Come to relax and unwind. AC in room.. 7 MILES FROM TOWN. CAR IS RECOMMENDED Uber/Taxis are availbable. NO MINIMUM STAY as most places required 2 or more night stay. We give the opportunity for those visiting to spend a night on the island.

North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. The Look Inn is a licensed bed and breakfast Inn by the Town of Tisbury/Vineyard Haven celebrating our 35th year of operation. The Parrish and Blue and Look Out Rooms have a queen size bed and can sleep one or two people. The rooms shares a full bath with the rooms that each have sinks with hot/cold water and the common spaces of living room with tv and screened porch. Located on 1.6 acres, just a 6 minute drive from Vineyard Haven town center, this lovely post and beam walk out basement apartment is the perfect home base to explore the island. Although the home was built in 2000 and has all the modern amenities you could hope for, its structure, reclaimed from a Connecticut dairy barn built in 1852 brings old world charm to this stunning space. Please note that our family of 5 lives upstairs so there is potential for noise.

Enjoy this sparkling clean and cozy first floor bedroom in our Vineyard Haven home which is perfect for travelers to the Island of Martha's Vineyard. We may be hosting up to 2 additional groups of guests in our home at any given time. Please keep this in mind! A 5 minute / 10 minute drive from the ferry and airport. The bus to Edgartown stops right in front. A 20 minute stroll to downtown Vineyard Haven. Soak in the sunshine on the wraparound deck.
