Мусор вывозили каждый день. Рядом с домом есть отличная кофейня, где можно выпить кофе, а также вокруг много магазинов с продуктами. Расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться в любую точку города. Когда мы приехали хозяин подготовил нам холодную воду и фрукты, что было очень приятно. Нам очень понравилось проживание на вилле у этого хозяина.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Quyen was the best helper/assister you could have. It was like having your own travel agent on immediate response. Nothing was too much. The place was original, homely, comfortable. Great pool on hot days. Close to restaurants and mini Marts. Everyone nearby was very friendly. A bit of construction work going on which in itself was interesting. Hot work for the workers. If we come back to A Bang I’ll be at Paos place.

Very pleasant stay, everything was as advertised and hoped. Hien was very helpful and friendly.

Loved staying in La’s place. The place looks exactly like the photo which is bright and calming. Host is very responsive and provides clear instruction and shop recommendations near her place. La’s place is very convenient, it’s just walking distance to the beach, restaurants, massage and shops. Besides La’s place are actually local houses. It’s interesting as some set up food stall right in front of their house and we see some gathering and having drinks outside their house at night. We are a group of 13. La’s place is what I’m looking for. There’s 2 big beds in each room so 2 people can share a bed comfortable. Each floor has 2 bedrooms so for parents with young kids, it’s like a connecting room and you can see your kids. La’s place is also well sound proof. Even though we have 13 people, we do not hear each other noises. The water pressure when bathing is also great even when multiple people are showering. I will book this place again if I’m back in Danang.

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

Loved the stay.. beautifully constructed property.. felt like home.. the host was very friendly and the point of differentiation for me was.. the host ensured that they visited the premises when we checked in and made sure that we got to know everything and made us feel welcomed.

This was a great place for a group travelling. A bit noisy from the street, but easy to get used to. I would stay again. Great local markets nearby

수영장도 깔끔하구 정말 다좋았는데 집앞에 공사해서 새벽5시부터 공사를 시작하는지 너무시끄러웠어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ모기두 너무 많았는데 호스트님이 모기약 가져다주셔서 잘사용했습니다 !! 호스트님두 엄청 친절하고 가족여행 재밌게 잘 놀다왔어요 !!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

I can’t say enough about Duc’s home. We spent 7 nights. Two families from the US: five adults and 2 teens. Our first time in Vietnam. The house is huge and was perfect for our large group. Large common area/kitchen and everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom. Strong AC and WiFi. Washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and landscaping. 3 blocks from the beach. 1 block from restaurants and bars. Responsive hosts who offered dining and field trip suggestions and arranged a few rides and reservations for us as well. If you are traveling with a group of friends or a multi generational family, this is the perfect house for you.

모든 것이 완벽합니다. 호스트와의 소통은 빠르고 원활했구요. 훌륭한 1층의 공용 공간, 독립된 2,3층의 방들은 깨끗한 화장실을 가지고 있고, 마당의 수영장은 어른도 충분히 즐길 수 있었어요. 깊은 곳은 아이에게는 좀 깊을 것 같지만, 깊이가 얕은 곳도 있어 가족이 머물기에 최고입니다. 주로 여행하는 시내와 거리가 약간 멀다는 것이 아쉬운 점이긴 했지만 그랩 이용하면 그리 불편하지 않았어요. 다음 방문시에도 이 곳에 머물고 싶습니다.

I stayed at Jack's place for a month and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The place was well set up, clean and consistent with the description. The internet was stable and fast. Jack contacted me before check-in and messaged me during my stay to ensure everything was going well. The area is nice and quiet, and it's only a quick walk to the beach, good restaurants and a well-stocked mini mart. If you want more people and places to eat, it's a 10 minute walk along the beach or road to the more touristy area of An Bang Beach. There are plenty of Grab drivers for the short trip into the Hoi An Old Town area. Overall, a good time, and I have no hesitation in returning or recommending Jack's place to others.

Loved this villa it was excellent- David the host contacts you before arrival and a team will meet you at Villa on arrival, where you will find the double fridge fully stocked with soft and alcohol drinks at excellent prices. They will cook or buy groceries for you or you can order in, even arrange full body 1 hour massage for around 350,000 in the villa. Three double bedrooms one on ground floor next to kitchen/living room, two upstairs, one of which also has single bed. Upstairs large balcony you can see the beach from. A few yards down the lane to the beach is wild beach restaurant which had very good food, very cheap and so very friendly- lovely family run restaurant who will also bring food or drinks to Villa. This part of beach is quieter than A Bang and close to CUA Dai which is a more local beach and has a couple of really good fish restaurants on the beach. Would highly recommend this villa (or the five room one which is adjoined) and would book again if we come back, loved it

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. Okay villa is amazing, the house is unique as is the setting and perfect for a group of friends or a family, as we are. It has loads of restaurants but in a rural setting, chickens and chicks just outside and whilst you walk around the narrow alley’s you see the fishermen fixing their nets and preparing for the night ahead. It is as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main shopping street, where if you wish get Taxis to Hoi A for a very reasonable price. The house is as in the pictures and very clean with a very open feel, which is great from barmy days and nights. The pool is great for an early morning dip or sunset swim. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Quan was very responsive and sorted any issues that we had promptly and was happy to offer advice from local restaurants to tailors in Hoi An. We loved it! Would recommend 100%
