Relax with your friends, your whole family or even by yourself in our beautifuly updated, spacious yet cozy & peaceful piece of heaven. We are an accessible, family friendly, well-stocked hideaway in the country that has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping and other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

It is a pet friendly, 3-bed, 2-bath with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, work space, and modern amenities. A guest house is available for an additional fee. A quick walk to downtown or SFA, the McKinney Morgan will be the answer to your home away from home.

You are walking distance to the Fredonia Brewery, The Cottage Wine Bar and all that downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, and many other amenities.
