I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Brand new villa matching the photos and description. The host was very helpful and he has replied quickly to all or our questions. KTV room is amazing for celebrating an occasion with friends.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

From the moment we booked our stay at the Royal Pool Villa under Siam Executive Estate in Pattaya, we knew we were in for something special — and it exceeded every expectation! The villa itself is absolutely stunning spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with both comfort and luxury in mind. The private pool was a dream, perfect for relaxing morning swims or cooling off after a day out exploring Pattaya. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Dennis, the owner from the Netherlands, was in regular contact with us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His responsiveness and warm personality were genuinely appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting his in-laws, who were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made our experience smooth and worry-free.Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury top notch stay

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

The Asian Summer Pool Villa by Deedy was fantastic. We had a big group and everyone had Fun. Awesome pool with slide. Walking distance to the beach even for this YouTuber, OldGuyOutside. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Nate was an excellent host. Very attentive patient and accommodating. The made my stay. The only concern I had was with the additional charges for electricity.

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Looking forward to returning to this paradise. Ideal for those seeking indulgence in tranquility. Thank you so much
