The best combination of place and price. Clean and roomy house with bright spaces. Thanks for such an opportunity! We had a nice 2 weeks in Bakutiani.

We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

This place is my favorite in Bakuriani. The view is stunning, the apartment is spotless, and the hosts are incredibly communicative.

المسكن رائع وهادئ وواسع مع حديقة مليئة بالفواكه صاحبة المنزل عظيمة جداً و خدومه و استقبلتنا افضل استقبال وتوديع. في مشترياتنا اليومية تنقلنا الى السوبر ماركت وغيرها كخدمة منها وجبة افطار متكاملة يومياً بالاضافة الى مساعدتين لتنظيف وترتيب السكن كسبنا في زيارتنا صديقة للعائلة انصح بالسكن ولكن معلومة ومذكورة في وصف البيت انه بعيد نوعاً ما عن السكان

Aleksandr's place is so beautiful. The house is in the heart of Borjomi, surrounded by mountains and forest with the river close by. We caught the train from Tbilisi and it was a five minute walk from there. Aleksandr has been so much more than a host to us here. He showed us around the town (up an old tower with a panoramic sunset view), took us hiking to a secluded lake high in the mountains and so so much more. Aleksandr helped to show us the true feeling and spirit of this place - for that I am so grateful. Madloba Aleksandr!!

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

Very good stay we only wished there was a plenty of restaurants in the area but the season has finished at the time we arrived. Also for some Arabs you might see lots of dogs in the streets so be considerate. Other thing the reception Kote was very helpful with where to go and the check in was so easy with him.

Keti's Apartments offer a perfect stay for a ski trip—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with direct access to Rooms Hotel and its restaurant, making dining convenient. Plus, it's a true ski-in/ski-out spot, right next to the chairlift for easy access to the slopes. Highly recommended!
