Choedon was very responsive but honestly I didn’t have many questions. The house was organized well with extra towels and such that it was a very low maintenance trip. Thank you for having us!

Came for a one week spring break stay with my 7 year old, husband, sister and dog. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished and decorated to be cozy and comfortable. The house is right on the lake and offers beautiful views from everywhere you are. Weather was up and down (as April can be!) but there was plenty to do not far away, and a selection of games to keep us busy, in addition to those we brought. Thoughtful touches throughout the house! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake with birdsong and ducks swimming by was a particularly peaceful highlight. Look forward to returning during warmer months for evening wine outside and more bites when we fish! A great stay - book this place!

My husband and I booked Judy’s and David’s place at the last minute for a quick birthday getaway. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and their accommodation. They were proactive in their communication, even providing things to do and restaurants. The accommodation had a historic flavor and was very very clean. They ensured every aspect of their place was welcoming for their guest. Even having suggestion box that guest could provide. I couldn’t find any suggestion that could make the place more welcoming Thanks Judy and David . We loved the grounds

The Farmhouse was very cozy and clean. Communication was great and Chelsea was very accommodating, as I was traveling with two small children and the schedules can be tricky. The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved would be curtains in the bedrooms. As soon as the sun came up you are up. Very bright. But overall I would stay here again.

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

On a visit to UConn, this was the perfect place to stay- 10 minutes from campus, close to restaurants and stores, and fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. While we were only there for one night, check-in, check-out, and communication made it seamless. The house is very cute with lots of places to sleep, and great for families.

Our stay at Peter’s Airbnb was the most perfect decision we made. My husband and I got married at Saint Clements Castle at the Marina. This Airbnb is practically at the venue. My bridesmaids and I used the Airbnb as a place to get ready in the morning and we used it for a place for close family and friends to gather after our wedding reception. The place was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view! It was spotless in cleanliness and beautiful in style. It suited our needs in a top notch way! Peter provided our check-in information at the appropriate timing and answered our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. It was very clean and very spacious. It has two large living rooms one with a nice big television. All of the bedrooms upstairs were spotless and had plenty of extra linens and pillows. The bathrooms were spectacular with beautiful tile. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes away from downtown Mystic we were able to go to a few of our favorite dining spots. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

Jane was a helpful and responsive host, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped (and things were labeled for finding easily), the location was great for what we needed, and the cats were the absolute sweetest. Our family of 5 was comfortable and felt safe and right at home even during severe weather (super hot in the 90s and severe thunderstorms). Our kids didn’t want to leave! Thanks for everything, Jane!

A very nice place to relax. My reason was because of work in the area. But I was delighted with the place. 100% recommended.

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. Fran was accommodating of my last minute booking. Perfect space for my family and close to downtown Mystic. Such a beautiful, comfy cozy home. The heated floors were an added bonus.

This is our second stay at this property hosted by Fran and Scott. You CANNOT beat the location. Tasteful and modern renovation highlights the beautiful bones of this home! The host is super responsive and the kitchen has everything you would need. We will be back!

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

Ada’s villa was absolutely immaculate! We stayed over as we were visiting Norwich Inn and Spa, which had availability for services but not for a stay. Finding Ada’s beautiful studio was amazing for us! It is on the property and there are several local restaurants close by - check out Mido Sushi! Ada left a thoughtful welcome note and his place had every amenity he advised it would, including linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee! He also provided easy to follow instructions to enter the villa. We did not need to contact him at all because he was so proactive and engaging with us! We cannot wait to come back and stay again! It is convenient to both Mohegan and Foxwoods, and we checked out Herb’s this morning, as well as Preson Ridge!

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet and peaceful spot near Mohegan, and this was by and far the best space to be in for a short holiday. Very relaxing and full of light. Loved!

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

This place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Nicole's place with another couple for two nights. Nicole left us a thoughtful welcome sign and treats upon check in, which we appreciated. The place is in a very well maintained condo complex with multiple pools and beautiful grounds. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything a hotel might have (hair dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.) and more. We loved the little balcony that overlooked a pond with a fountain, ducks, and songbirds. Location-wise, it's perfect! Less than a 10-minute drive to Mohegan Sun, and lots of places to eat nearby. We had a great brunch at Herb's, a local landmark diner. We would definitely choose Nicole's place if we return to the Norwich area!

The hostess was very helpful and very responsive. The condo was as described and lovely for our family reunion. It was very clean, very comfortable and so welcoming. We were just a couple of minutes away from the Mohegan Sun casino. The area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

was a very cute place. well maintined and clean. originally i booked it for the pool, but the pool was closed. but it was so quiet and peaceful, it was still enjoyable.
