This little apartment was affordable and within 10 minutes of just about everything in Tulsa. It was private and not too difficult to find. The listing and the description were very accurate. It’s important to note that this is upstairs, and, due to age, the floor is sloped. If someone has any condition that would be affected by non-level floors, this may be an interesting sleep. Other than that, Debbie was communicative and helpful. The space was clean and had lots of amenities to utilize. It was close to Black Wall Street, the Philbrook, and local breweries! Good for a short little pop-in to Tulsa!

The Host were great and the place was as well! This will now be my pick on places to stay when visiting Tulsa if it’s available.

Our stay at Jason’s Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless and on point. Jason’s kindness, responsiveness, and helpfulness shone through as he promptly answered all our questions with genuine care. The property itself was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with impeccable taste. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking tool you could ever imagine needing. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with an elevated touch. This was, without a doubt, the most remarkable Airbnb we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. We cannot recommend Jason’s place highly enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

This place is perfect! Quiet area great place to get away and relax. Would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed for a month and this condo was just what I needed. The area was quiet, it was not hard to find or access the condo, Elian gave perfect instructions. I had a couple of issues with the condo, but Elian was always quick to respond and worked to make sure I was comfortable. The condo could have used a few more items in the kitchen like, pots, pans, measuring cups or spoons, but I got what I needed for my stay. All in all I would recommend this location.

Stephen was a great host, answering all of our questions and coming to the rescue when we couldn't get in the front door! It was an easy fix. The property was exactly as described, clean and super comfy! We are in Tulsa often and will be looking for properties run by Stephan every time! We will be recommending to our friends visiting the area as well!

Evelyn was a gracious host who responded quickly and was on-hand to help with check-in. She was also able to answer a question I had about transportation to the airport. The cottage is comfortable and as described. It was quiet and felt very private.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

Beautiful, hidden gem in Fort Smith. This location has been thoughtfully decorated and both aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable to be in. We couldn’t have loved this place more.

My recent stay at The Carriage House in Carlton Landing was fantastic! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the pool and that was my kids favorite spot. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out seamless. We especially loved how clean everything was. The community itself is charming, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Carlton Landing! We can’t wait to come back.
