The Kessler and Hobbs rooms are the 2 guest rooms of the home with access to a full bath via shared hallway. Each room is equipped with a full bed, closet, and TV. Full Kitchen, full utility, living and dining rooms also.

Welcome to our bike-in/bike-out barn with private access to the Coler bike trail, with 2 bike wash stations and secure storage. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with a King, Queen, and 4 bunk beds. You're minutes from world-class mountain biking trails. Enjoy the quiet tranquility of a rural, peaceful setting 1 mile from historic downtown Bentonville. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is less than 3 miles away as is The Momentary, the brand new Walmart Museum, and Scott Family Amazeum.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

The Studio on Central

The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
