Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

Welcome to the Zoltan's apartment! Beautiful and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. Andrassy boulevard (UNESCO world cultural heritage) is just two corners away and the famous Kiraly street 20 meters from the apartment! The location is quiet, but in walking distance from most city attractions (Opera house, Heroe's square, House of terror, restaurants, pubs). But I also have 3 bicycles you can use freely if you want to cover more ground and cruise the city during your stay :)

The apartment is on the top floor of building typical of the early 20th century Budapest. Though, there is no lift in the house. It is ideal for business trips and holidays alike.
