Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. A secluded and intimate luxury escape inspired by the need to live smaller and more sustainably, Monterey is an eco-friendly off-grid tiny house nestled amongst 35 acres of native forest offering guests the perfect opportunity to explore nature, unwind and recharge. Built from salvaged Monterey Cypress timber, the house offers a dreamy king sized bed downstairs with floor to ceiling windows. Explore the surrounding forest and wildflowers and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
