Loved this stay! The deck was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We ended up leaving a bit early due to the weather but we will be back.

We had a great time! Lake access for Lake of the Arbuckles is less than five minutes, and Turner Falls was an easy 10-12 minute drive if that. Beds were comfy, firepit was great and we had plenty of space for our family meet-up and to recharge. Thanks for a great getaway!

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Powell's Cabin! We have visited Powell's Cabin many times, and it never disappoints! This cozy retreat is always our go-to spot for a relaxing escape. My husband and I recently spent our anniversary here, and it was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is beautifully maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The serene surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We loved spending our evenings by the fireplace, enjoying the tranquility and each other's company. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was perfect in every way. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience special. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or just a peaceful retreat in nature, Powell's Cabin is the place to be. Lovely farmhouse near Sulphur on a quiet street, back deck overlooks the forest. Lake access is a short walk away but house is not lakefront. Great for our large group!

Our family and 2 dogs enjoyed this home and location very much! We have stayed in numerous other homes and this was by far our favorite! We hope to be able to come back soon. We loved being able to walk to the library, coffee shop, and restaurants and enjoyed beautiful local attractions! Very clean and spacious and welcoming home! Brenda was super friendly and the house was extremely cute! The perfect getaway cottage in a perfect location. I loved the hot tub, snack cabinet, and rainbow themes decorated everywhere! I can’t wait to stay again!

these cabins were amazing, beautiful, and a pleasurable stay. The owner was super enjoyable to communicate with, and replied in a very timely manner. The cabins are a little closer to each other than the pictures portray, but it wasn't a huge deal for us, and would be a plus side for people who enjoy visiting others in the other cabins. overall a nice experience, and will be planning next year's trip with these cabins in mind. A bonus was a super nice playground for the kids, and a short trip to the local Walmart, McDonald's, a nice swimming point, and the national park. the bbq grill, the picnic table and the fire pit were a nice touch in the backyard, and the rocking chairs on the front porch were great for drinking coffee early in the morning and soaking up the Oklahoma air. The kitchen was also very well furnished and a huge help for our family on our 4 day stay.
