The house was built 2010 with first quality materials. Vertent Nou is situated about 45 minutes from Palma. Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, for example, induction hob.

Villa S'alzinar is full of character, with a large private infinity pool and wooden sun deck. The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. The villa sits just outside of Sa Pobla which has a few restaurants and shops, plus a popular market. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.

The high quality villa is located in a quiet area near the beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort. The beautiful Playa de Muro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are located on the ground floor.

This beautiful property is located next to the picturesque village of Campanet, You can reach the city in a pleasant 15 min walk. Not far away is a sports centre and tennis court. This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.
