Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

John’s place is amazing! I travel to Manila often, and we’re so glad we found this spot. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled great and was spotless. Everything felt well-thought-out and intentional. From the decor to the little details that made our stay comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and sheets were fresh and clean, and the interior looked exactly like the photos. The place had everything we needed.. laundry, AC, a shower with a heater, and a super comfy bed. John was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer our questions and very respectful. My partner even joked that this place is flawless! And honestly, I agree lol! We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Manila. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay in Manila. Very accessible sa BGC, Makati, Ortigas!! Jin's place is always incredibly tidy! We've been to her apartment over 10 times already. Whenever we need a place to stay in Makati, Jin is our first choice without a doubt. The minute you walk in, you can sense the love and attention she gives to keeping it clean. Every room is beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere rather than just a place to crash. It's no surprise we keep returning; her welcoming nature makes each visit memorable.

I would definitely recommend this place. They provide toiletries and towels, a separate blanket, and free coffee. They also have slippers you can use around the unit. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. And they are easy to reach out to if you have any concerns within the unit. Location-wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk from MOA. We'll book again in the future. 🤍

A Perfect Home Away from Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying in Andrea's Airbnb apartment at Flair Towers, and from the very start, it was nothing short of exceptional! The unit was pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Unlike other accommodations where our foreign clients have stayed during their recuperation, Andrea's apartment provided the perfect healing environment they needed. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall comfort made all the difference in their recovery journey. We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

We had an amazing stay! If Sta. Rosa, Laguna had more nearby attractions aside from Enchanted Kingdom, we definitely would’ve extended our visit. The best part about the house is its location, it’s in a secure, gated subdivision just a short walk from EK! The furniture and interiors were top-notch, and the home was so comfortable that we could’ve happily spent the whole day just relaxing indoors. We absolutely loved our time here! ✨

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Thank so much Liza for the hospitality and accommodation. Highly recommended. By far this is our favorite place we stayed. The host is very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. She provided clear instructions from checking in up to checking out. We will definitely come back to Liza’s place The place is very quiet and the staff are very friendly. Other condominums you can hear even people passing by the corridor, but for this one, it is very quiet. I think the only con is the parking garage. The driveway is too steep and it is very dark especially during the night. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

I had an outstanding stay at this condo! The unit was impeccably clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The view from the balcony was beautiful, offering a great glimpse of the city skyline. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient. The building is secure and has excellent amenities, including a paid-pool access. The co-host, Ms. Nimpha was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Thanks a million Ms. Nimpha. Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.
