Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

Charming, authentic Michigan lakefront cottage situated right on desirable, private, all-sports Clear Lake right in the heart of the Waterloo Recreation Area in Grass Lake, MI. The 136 acre all-sports lake is surrounded by rolling, tree covered hills. The cottage is 10 min away from Chelsea, 20 min.from Jackson, and 25 min. from Ann Arbor. Waterloo cottage is newly remodeled with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Rents Weekly in Summer-Sat to Sat and 2 day minimum stays the rest of the year.

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!

A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place are in walking distance.
