Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Mary and I love hosting people who appreciate a comfortable experience and beautiful space. Our Private Suite is located in an idyllic setting central to all the activities, great food and nature that the greater Portland area is known for, but without the "junk" that comes with being in the city. Short drives to Portland, Mt Hood hiking and skiing, the Columbia River, Multnomah Falls and great entertainment at McMenamin's "Edgefield (15 Min)" and "Grand Lodge" (35 min.). Infants 0-2 welcome.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Walk downtown for restaurants, coffee shops and trendy boutiques or to one of several nature trails that lead to forested areas, lakes and rivers. Visit Portland Oregon just 20 minutes away, or take a longer day trip. Mount Hood and the Columbia River gorge are about an hour away. Enjoy a fully appointed spacious and light-filled space, perfect for a couple or a family with one child. No smoking on the premises.

Soundproofed from the rest of the house for everyone's maximum comfort. Perfect for relaxing in a eco-clean environment. We are graduate students, gardeners, musicians, artists and teachers. We share the property with our 9 y.o. and one land-mate. You may run into any one of us and occasionally our friends/fam.

Close to PDX, easy access to hwy 14, hwy 205, and i-5. Plus you can have extra secure/dry parking in garage! ... and for travelers with larger vehicle or towables.... lots of street parking easy in/out.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.

Tiny Cabin Guesthouse

Take the flagstone path to this cozy, modern cabin (tiny home) with knotty pine walls, warm light, and a bedroom/loft that overlooks a wildly landscaped yard and garden. This 300 sq ft guest house features everything you need for a comfortable stay in the great PNW. Please note: Before booking, be aware the toilet in this home is a composting toilet, not flushing. It will be clean and ready to use with instructions available in the home.

The Royal Scott Double Decker Bus

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Cozy (240 sq ft), private studio space located in NE Portland on the edge of the Cully and Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhoods. We are located on a bike route and about a 12-minute walk to NE Fremont Street (many restaurants, coffee shops, bars), 12 min by car to the airport, and 15 min to downtown. Small kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, and coffee/tea supplies. Queen bed, super comfy mattress.
