It is perfectly placed as a base for exploring the local area and is near the beautiful and peaceful Helford River. There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

Coastal stay at Cadgwith Cove, Walk to Pub & Beach

Moonsail is a beautiful 2 bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley - a perfect escape for couples or families. Five min drive to Kynance. The wifi has been upgraded to fibre. The cove is a short stroll away and has a great pub, cafe and shops. Cadgwith is one of the last few active fishing villages and you can watch all the goings on from one of the two beaches in the cove. Watch the Cadgwith singers in the pub on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this cottage isn't suitable for pets.

Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

This is a delightful semi-detached cottage which is not only comfortable and stylish but also spacious, welcoming and very well-equipped. It is nestled on a hillside and surrounded by the wooded countryside of the National Trust's Penrose Estate and just over a mile from the pretty harbour village of Porthleven.
