Our stay on Bulago island at Tom's house was just great. From the house, beautifully situated above the water on the far west tip of the island, you have an amazing view over the lake, which gets even better with every step you climb up behind the house up to the hill, which is the highest point of the island. The house is fully equipped with all you need and Tom is an awesome host! We'll soon be back.

We could check in earlier and check out later. Ernest was very relaxed and we all felt as we are staying at our own home. His staff was very helpful. The view is amazing, the house is unique (rare design in Uganda) and overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Ernest, I‘ll come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Khadija’s oasis of comfort! The accommodation is very easy to reach from the city center and offers direct shopping options, as well as a safe environment. We really enjoyed our time there – the small pool was definitely a highlight! Everything was exactly as described, and Khadija was an excellent host. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing time!

My family and I had a great stay at the cottage. My 18 month old had space and play... run and even a swing. We enjoyed the silence ... a great gateway from city life. The view of lake Victoria was amazing...( a true gem )

It was a joy for me and my partner to stay at Jenny's place. The location was calming and peaceful; a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kampala. The bnb is located 15min from Bule Landingsight where we docked with a boat organised for us by Jenny. The boda boda ride to the tucked-away sanctuary was just as scenic as the journey on Lake Victoria. We specifically enjoyed the privacy of the bnb including how quiet it was and the outside kitchen with all amenities. The birds and other interesting wildlife spotted on the property were an extra perk for me. The staff was helpful, discrete and dedicated to helping us have a good time. We will certainly be back in future.

this was one of the best place I have been to so far, a place to relax urself frm the busy life, hospitality offered by the caregiver was at peak, in short one should definitely keep this place in mind while planning a holiday with family and friends. Harriet and her daughter Rachel give you the privacy you need but are also helpful and responsive when you need them to be. I will definitely stay here again.

Mutara is by far the best host have ever had. She was super helpful with whatever I needed and professional. She was kind enough to give me lots of recommendations of different places I wanted to go to in the area. The place is even better in person than the pictures, me and my family enjoyed the stay. I really enjoyed my stay in the beautiful apartment. It is indeed a home away from home in a quiet, peaceful and very secure neighbourhood. The setup offers space to either relax and unwind or conduct office related work without distractions. And the security guard is they’re always helping full time. It is extremely clean with state of the art furniture and bed linens, as well as other amenities required for your comfort. It is free of clutter and is indeed a great value for money. Eric is also a very responsive and productive host and I highly recommend his place to the Airbnb family seeking a quiet haven to rest.

We enjoyed our stay at Geoffrey’s home. The compound is beautiful and provided a wonderful place for our children to play. The caretaker, John, was extremely helpful and provided us directions to the property. Of note, a larger vehicle is likely needed in order to get to this property as some of the roads are a bit tough to navigate. The home was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we are passing through the area. Thanks for the hospitality!
