Zonnendal Family Home in charming Kalk Bay

Set in the heart of Kalk Bay, this character home boasts large luxurious bedrooms, a secured pool , an outside dining area for family lunches, an open plan living area with a cosy fireplace and a beautifully fitted kitchen. The Lookout

Although there is no direct road access, the views from the house are exceptional. Parking on Boyes Dr or Capri Rd. A modern, casual two-storey house in St James with panoramic views of False Bay. Enjoy close proximity to Danger Beach, surf spots and the St James & Dalebrook tidal pools. Walk from the house up the mountain or to Kalk Bay harbour, shops & restaurants - or stay at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub & fireplaces. It is private and secluded, ideal for those seeking a getaway.

Beachball B&B

Beachball B&B is located in the heart of the old village of Kalkbay. Set on a cobbled road that ends in a short flight of stairs it is not a thoroughfare. It is within easy walking distance of the tidal pool, the park, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, and the mountain behind with walking trails. The house dates back to 1875 and the unit is an independent wing with its own street access. The station is also close at hand, and there are wonderful shops to explore along the main road.

Modern home with breathtaking ocean views

Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool. One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

Misty Cliffs Work and Surf

Please DM for available dates! Enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in a fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office. Just 2 minutes’ walk from Surfers Corner and the beach, “Imagine” is a beautifully styled, fully equipped Victorian double-storey character home in the heart of Muizenberg village.
