The place was amazing and far exceeded my expectations the moment I stepped inside. Everything was high-tech, modern, and felt brand new. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the fire area due to the rain, but overall, I had a great experience. My only comment is that there were quite a few security cameras, including in the backyard. I see the pros and cons about it, but I felt a bit excessive.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was peaceful, clean, and incredibly serene—just what our family needed. The surroundings were stunning and made it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together. Stefan, was a fantastic communicator, always responsive and helpful. We truly felt at home. We’re already talking about coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, comfortable getaway! We didn’t have cell reception, but the WiFi was very good! We didn’t quite know how to use the stove but figured it out once we watched a short video online, be warned the stove heats up fast ha. The layout of the house is super ideal as all the bedrooms are downstairs. 10/10!

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

Aaron's place is a wonderful retreat right on the water. It is a beautiful house that is private and tucked off of the main road. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen with great appliances, cozy living room & bedroom. All main rooms of the house have wonderful views of the water, bay and mountains beyond. Sitting on the deck is incredible with the water coming in below you at medium and high tide. The hot tub is excellent amenity! relaxing outdoors and seeing the moon & stars is an unforgettable experience! Aaron is a great host, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

This house is on the forest side of Highway 1 at Sea Ranch, not the ocean side. It has no ocean view, but you can get to the many ocean side walks and beaches in minutes. That’s how we spent most of our time there, and we were happy to return to our secluded cabin, jumping in the hot tub (after showering off) and looking up at the sunlight reflecting off the magnificent redwoods surrounding the house. You also have access to the three recreational centers; we enjoyed swimming in the pools. The owners have tastefully furnished the place and kept it up to date. They also have a turntable and a nice collection of LP’s, leaning on popular 70’s artists. Every item on the bookshelves appears carefully chosen and arranged. Because of this, it would not be a great house to bring a rambunctious toddler. Their housecleaners do a great job - everything appeared spotless, even to these fussy eyes. In short, the Ranch House lives up to the Airbnb description and then some.

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

Came back for a second stay, and was as wonderful and peaceful as we remembered it to be. The home is an incredible retreat - great views, and everything we needed for a relaxing two days away from the city. Appliances are top notch, and everything is thoughtfully laid out. Carolyn is a very thoughtful host, and quickly answered questions we had. Would recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we would love to be back again in the future!

The home was laid out well for our expanded family. The bathrooms were large and updated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the view and the quick walk to the coastal walking trails. Our hosts were very attentive and provided lots of detailed information so that we could enjoy our time.

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

Wonderful stay - I was looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat in a very natural setting, but with enough amenities to entertain and care for small kids. This was perfect! The kids enjoyed the beaches in the area, the hot tub, making smores at the fire pit and playing in the home. The dog run was great for our dog's potty breaks without getting lost in the woods and the whole Sea Ranch area is super dog friendly. We had a great time! Hope to come back.

We loved everything about our stay! Rebecca's place was beautiful, it had everything we needed including toiletries, extra blankets and items to make us feel welcome. We really enjoyed every space and the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The neighborhood and surrounding cities were absolutely breathtaking! The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

This place felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but it was well worth it! Breathtaking natural surroundings aside, it was such a well-equipped home, with nearly everything one could wish for at your fingertips! From fire starting supplies to kitchen implements, Bluetooth speaker to flashlights by the bedside, Kathleen’s thoughtful, stylish amenities made us feel comfortable, cozy, and cared for! As someone else noted in their review, I’ve never returned to the same Airbnb twice, but we’re already longing for another stay at the Haiku House!

It was a great place with a wonderful view. Very close to the beaches and hiking. The windows along the front of the house allows for a view of the ocean and of the stars at night. We would stay there again!

Perfect house to connect with our kids, grandkids and granddogs. Plenty of room, everything was clean and the beach was fantastic. We would definitely rent this house again!

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. This is a nice beach home, with beautiful views from most of the rooms in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room. The living room was rearranged since our earlier visits, which makes it more comfortable to relax in, and enjoy the view from that room.

A wonderful respite and so quiet with a fascinating history. We felt very restored after three nights! Blissful bed, gorgeous bathroom, awesome hot tub, ocean views, great layout.
