Elton and Jin are very responsive and quick to resolve the issue for us. We had some technical issue with one of the aircon units and its summer so thats no joke. Jin responded from our first call and attempted to resolve asap through the phone however, the problem doesn't seem to go away. Elton appeared at our doorstep within minutes after we've finished our call with Jin and after assessing the situation, gave us another unit to move in while he takes up the issue with the technician. Overall we were impressed by the actions from the owners.

This is my second time staying at this property. This time were 7 of us, but the property was listed for 6. They were kind of to accommodate the extra person with a slightly more price which was well within our budget. They even offered to add an extra mattress. Just like last time, it was like staying at the comfort of my house. All my friends commended me for selecting this property. They loved it as well. It was especially useful to have a good working Kitchen, because most of my friends are vegetarians and they needed to prepare their own food. We also got to use the washing machine, as we were there for Songkran and had to wash and dry our wet clothes. It is just the most perfect place for group of friends or family to stay. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody visiting Chiang Rai. Bonus note - All my friends were using all the showers and hair dryer all at once, and the power tripped. This was kind of late at night. We sent a chat and owner came right away to fix it for us.

Logement parfait, mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Très spacieux, sur 3 étages. Tout était propre! Nous avons profité de la piscine, nous étions seuls à chaque fois. Très agréable séjour chez Elton et Jin.

Fin og meget rummelig bolig i lokalt, pænt kvarter. Fin pool meget tæt ved, som vi nærmest var de eneste der brugte. Gåafstand til større vej med 7 Eleven til indkøb og enkelte restauranter. Kort køretur til mere central del af Chiang Rai med hyggeligt aftenmarked og flere restauranter og caféer bl.a. en kattecafé som vores datter på 12 år var helt vild med.

โลเคชั่นดีเยี่ยม หลังบ้านติดกับ 7-11 เดินไม่กี่ก้าวถึงร้านอาหารแถวๆ วงเวียน บ้านมีอุปกรณ์ทุกอย่าง สะดวกสะบาย โฮสให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แนะนำครับ

非常棒的住處，家人都非常滿意。進房時或許因為清潔劑的關係，客廳與廚房地板有些黏黏的。經反應後，房東處理得宜，立刻就趕來清掃，還和我們閒聊。房東英文非常流利，有責任感且熱心，未來有機會會繼續推薦這個住處：）

The place was clean and so peaceful and it had a great view of white temple. Highly recommend it!
