Tropical gardens, large fenced yard, separate driveway. Fully air-conditioned. Bedroom has very comfy Queen bed. Double Sofa Bed in lounge and extra beds avail on request. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
