Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. You can enter through garage with your vechile or through isolated entrance.All the safety tips and tricks are well used.So, please feel safe at our place and enjoy your stay! Private house with beautiful garden is located in one of the prestigious part of Tbilisi - Vake. Famous Vake Park is located from 750meters from the house. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

The house is located in the historical, old cultural district of Tbilisi. In front is the building of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia , which is a cultural monument. Also an ancient architecture. The apartment has a simple, modern design. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from house to Metro. Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
