We spent 11 days at Hedvig's place and had a wonderful, restful experience. The location is very peaceful with a great view. The house is well equipped with everything one would need, including a great grill, and was quite cosy on rain days when we stayed at home. The location is secluded, so one needs a car to get to amenities in the valley below, such as restaurants and grocery stores. There are no amenities within walking distance. The road up to the house is serpentine and steep. We took our bikes, but decided it was not very practical to use them right around the house, so loaded them on our bike rack for tours of the valley. That said, we loved the hiking and biking opportunities a short drive away, and we also took some nice hikes directly from the house. There are a great many things to do in the area, from swimming in Verenje Lake to interesting museums. Borut, the co-host, lives in a neighboring house and was always very responsive and helpful if we needed something.

We had an amazing stay at the house. Le location is very calm, clean and beautiful. We were greeted by Vinko and his wife who were really welcoming and who recommended us a few places to visit and restaurants near the house. The house is an hour away by car from Ljubljana, Logarska Dolina and Velika Planina which was very practical. We highly recommend this house to recharge your batteries between your visits in Slovenia, which is a magnificent country!

Petite maison typique avec une belle terrasse. Bonne localisation à 1h de route de Ljubljana, de Loarska Dolina, Velika Planina et Maribor. Accueil très sympathique.

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our big family, the location amazing and many things to see and do in the area. Our host and neighbours were very lovely, friendly and easy going! Definitely a place to come back to!

Понравилось абсолютно всё: уют, внимание к деталям, антикварная мебель, мягкие вкусно пахнущие полотенца, пастельное бельё высокого качества — всё на высшем уровне. Баня заслуживает отдельной похвалы — 5 из 5! Несколько режимов, приятные ароматы, а ретро-радио в ней — просто чудо, создаёт атмосферу полного расслабления. Стоит каждой потраченной копейки. Мы приехали поздно, но хозяин нас встретил как родных — сам угостил ужином, подарил бутылку шампанского и пару банок пива. Настоящий человек с душой! Очень учтивый, заботливый, внимательный к мелочам — таких людей сейчас редко встретишь. Большая находка — вода из-под крана! Настоящая, вкусная, как родниковая — даже воду покупать не пришлось. Отдельный плюс — гриль на территории. Город сам по себе невероятно красивый, с добрыми и приветливыми людьми — чувствовали себя как дома. Единственное, чего бы хотелось — возможность позднего выезда. Хозяин-Спасибо тебе от души!

Place was as wonderful as it looked on the pictures. Perfect for relaxation, whether your stay is short or long, it was very clean and well maintained. Jelka was a great host, very welcoming and responsive. All in all it was a perfect spot to stay at while exploring Slovenia by car. We’ll gladly come again!

Urska is a wonderful host, very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She had numerous complementary gifts, despite us only staying a couple of nights and a vegetable garden to help yourself too. The lodge we stayed in (luna) is based on a small lake which makes a relaxing setting. It was very spacious for just two. We also booked to use the hot tub and sauna (extra cost), which was a nice treat, it is outside so you can also see the stars. You will need a car here if you want to get around and see the local area. . A great place to relax.

At Klemen’s house we felt at home. :) We had a wonderful stay at this independent house in Slovenia. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available, making communication seamless. The house provided excellent amenities, and everything matched the description perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding valley, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great value for money—highly recommended!

La host stata molto gentile, il posto era tranquillo con dintorni stupendi. L'appartamento comodo, luminoso e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo vissuto una settimana splendida. Spero tornare.

Apartament to duże mieszkanie z dwoma sypialniami. Mieszkanie położone jest w małej wiosce u zbiegu dwóch rzek. Można pospacerować i zjeść coś dobrego w pobliskiej restauracji. Pomimo awarii ogrzewania Laura ogrzała nasze mieszkanie elektrycznymi kaloryferami za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni. Wszystko bylo czyste i świeże. Na stole czekaly na nas i na nasze zwierzaki - ciasteczka. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za gościnę Pozdrawiam

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

Amazing place. Very close to Ljubljana. Darko was an amazing host. Apartment was perfect and the surroundings just as wonderful. Highly recommended!!

Darja is an incredible host! The whole place is simply beautiful—the apartment, the garden, and the entire village have such a peaceful, charming vibe. One of the highlights is direct access to the river, which is actually part of the garden. It’s so green, quiet, and relaxing—truly hard to put into words. We stayed with a toddler, and Darja went above and beyond to make it special. Every day she surprised us with new toys. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. We could go on and on… This place is a gem, and we’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm getaway!

l'appartamento di Rok e Natalia era impeccabile! un profumo di pulito per l'intera settimana, tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno (asciugamani, lenzuola, stoviglie), e un bellissimo e tranquillo terrazzo con vista sulla città! due persone amichevoli e davvero gentilissime. torneremo sicuramente per un weekend a Lubiana! grazie ancora Rok!

the apartment looks like the photos, clean and cozy with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, a great place to go to relax.

Zala, was fantastic. A great communicator. A clean and spacious townhome. Very conveniently located by a beautiful park and a short walk to the town square. We had a wonderful experience in Kranj. I would recommend Zara’s place to anyone.

Borut nagyon barátságos volt. A szállás gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedett el.

Appartamento grande, moderno e ben disposto. Non manca nulla ed è tutto pulito e in ordine. Il parcheggio comodo è un altro piacevole optional. Nejc è un host molto disponibile e attento. Siamo stati molto bene e Skofja Loka è certamente un punto strategico per poter visitare il cuore della Slovenia. Fortemente consigliato!
