Our stay at Carl’s place was fabulous!! We loved the area and the walkability was amazing. The Chase Center is down the street; it offers a beautifully designed green space right by the water. Carl was a delightful host and the unit was well appointed. We LOVED having Gus’s Community Market right next door. What a treasure!!! We will definitely return:)

Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A great space. Such a lovely renovated house. A great family friendly spot if you do not want the hustle and bustle of San Fran but close enough for a day trip to the main spots in the city. We loved heading back to the house after a day in San Fran.

I absolutely loved Sue's quiet, adorable cottage in Oakland. It was everything I wanted and more. She adds special touches that are above the normal expectations. There were snacks for us upon arriving too tired to go to the store. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. All amenities you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen and all very clean. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us.

We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Amazing is all I can say. My 80 year old father and I stayed at Rob’s Airbnb for over a month with our pups. Lovely yard (even with assistant 4 paw gardeners), great layout, and literally anything you could need plus some delightfully surprising Darioush vintage. Thank you Rob for all the accommodations.

Michelle and Peter were excellent hosts! The place was exactly as described, and very homey. The backyard was beautiful, and the inside had lots of touches to make us feel comfortable- blankets for the sofa, TV easy to sign into our netflix and other accounts, kitchen easy to cook in with all the essentials. Michelle and Peter were quick to respond to any messages I sent before and during our stay, and very accommodating. Downtown is an easy walk or very quick drive. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby, and the Coastal trail is great for bicycling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Where to begin with Alan's rental! Spacious beautiful home with an enormous kitchen and a very modern gas stove. Another reviewer made mention of no coffee maker, but it was not the case when I rented. Super close to one of Alameda's main streets (Park Street) and a shopping area called The Marketplace, having grocery food stalls including a bakery and a coffee shop. Super convenient to public transit with connecting services to anywhere in the Bay Area. Also included is central air which kept the house cozy in either hot or cool weather. An enclosed garage for the front unit where I was staying, and off-street parking for the other unit. Alan lives really close and was on the spot with the few questions I had. And the Bathroom! Fully surrounded clawfoot tub with great water pressure. I cannot forget to mention the Toyo Washlet. Heated washing and drying to keep your tooshie ultra fresh and clean. And two words say i

We were on a girls trip to San Francisco and we decided to book this place as it looked great and seemed like in a safe area. I’m glad we booked it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. Closely located to the airport and touristy locations in the San Francisco area with great views from inside and the outside of the house. Clean home with all the possible amenities. We enjoyed they had a pool table and a home theatre along with a piano in the basement. Very private and cosy house. I’d recommend booking them without a second thought

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Paulina's home. Her place is stylish, cozy and has quality amenities. At every turn I was pleasantly surprised at the mindfully touches she made to make my stay memorable. I arrived 3 days before Christmas, when I walked in she had a tree tastefully decorated and stockings hung by the fireplace with care. Christmas eve, carolers strolled the neighborhood and sang for us. Cooking Christmas dinner was enjoyable as she has the best cookware and a large dinning table with comfortable seating. The sleep accommodations were perfect, from the comfortable bed and pillows to the soft linens. I got to spend quality time with family and we walked to historic Dimond Park with its trails, creek, swimming pool and tennis court. The neighborhood is peaceful and there's coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. When I reached out to Paulina, she quickly responded. I felt at home. I've stayed at many airbnbs, but this is one I want to return to!!

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Place was set up great and convenient.

Winston was a great host and it’s a great house. Not the most walkable area but very good value as it’s a short drive to downtown SF. Overall very clean and well stocked house. Garage was really a nice feature as street parking was fairly limited nearby. Would book again

Very good apartment with more than enough space for 2 people. The location is great and train / bus etc. is all in walkable distance. Silang was fast to answer our questions and was able to help with problems in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the apartment and silang as a host and would gladly book it again if I come around again!

The apartment is well furnished and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils we needed for our stay. Though we were also expecting a full crib based on the listing details but missed it less with the alternative provided. Walter and Celina are easy to communicate with and friendly. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy. The apartment is right next to Caltrain but it wasn't noisy at all. Overall it was a great stay.

We had the best stay in San Francisco thanks to finding this apartment! The views are stunning and you can see all the best of SF from the windows. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and lovely and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and artistic we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

Stayed here for a date night and it was a pretty amazing. The view is incredible. Definitely an experience, and my date loved it. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable and soft. Host is very responsive and was available to us throughout the stay. The only con was the parking. I mean, it’s San Francisco…I get it, but get clarity on the instructions and be careful if you need to double park temporarily, there were cops everywhere when we arrived. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

Just had a great stay at Andi's beautiful home. Great location for our stay in SF - safe, central, close to many activities. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals in the home. Off street parking was easy appreciated. Andi was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend Andi's place!
