Ken’s Place Downtown Bruneau, Idaho

Welcome to Bruneau, Idaho! Ken's Place is completely handicap accessible. Has a wrap around driveway , great for pulling a boat or any other recreational vehicle. There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
